Cambalache Mom and Baby

The Cambalache is a dynamic of exchange of goods that aims to promote the culture of barter and curb consumerism.

DYNAMIC:

1. Register- registration has a recovery fee of $60

2. Bring your stuff in for inspection- Before the trade your stuff should be inspected to see what type of token you get for it.

3. Receive change tokens. These go according to the object you have:

• Baby underwear (cloth diapers, bathing suits, diaper bags, t-shirts, t-shirts and socks): 2 tokens. 

• Clothes for mom: nursing blouses and shirts (2 tokens), maternity pants (3 tokens) and nursing or maternity dresses (5 tokens).

• Shoes: 2 tokens.

• Dolls, puppets, stuffed animals, figures, and age-appropriate vehicles: 2 tokens.

• Construction games (construction cubes, tokens and stackable wood): 3 tokens

• Games of wheels and movement (see-saws and walkers): 5 cards.

• Balls (stimulation balls and sets of small balls): 2 tokens.

• Stimulation toys (musical, coordination and motor skills, mats and foams, gyms, mobiles, projectors and tunnels): 4 cards.

• First months (teethers, rattles and inserts): 2 cards.

• Feeding (bottles, containers, sets of spoons and bibs): 1 token.

• Baby care (baskets, folding cribs, mats, monitors, kettles or sterilizers for bottles, nebulizers, bath tubs, changing tables, chairs and tables, bedding and furniture sets, car seats, scarves and kangaroos, strollers and highchairs) : 10 tokens.

• Breastfeeding (nursing pillows and cushions, manual breast pumps and massagers): 8 tokens

• Blankets: 4

• Sheets and towels: 3

• Electric breast pump: 10 tokens

• Books, CD's and movies (stories, water books, music for babies, interactive and ORIGINAL DVD or Bluray movies): 2 tabs.

4. Renew your wardrobe- on the day of the exchange come and take what others have brought. Put a stop to consumerism.

⚠ NOTE: things have been reviewed and tokens delivered, they CANNOT be returned. 

If you don't exchange all your tokens, there are no refunds of any kind (neither physical nor monetary), but YOU CAN USE THEM IN THE NEXT EXCHANGE BY PAYING YOUR REGISTRATION (remember that the classification and revision work is done in each edition).

In June we will be exchanging summer items.
